Thank you for supporting my art. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. My return policy for original watercolours and limited edition prints is designed to ensure a fair and reasonable process for both you and me as the artist. Please review the details below.
Return Eligibility
I take great care in ensuring the quality and packaging of my art. Due to the unique and delicate nature of my work, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me as follows:
- Damaged on Arrival: If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Non-returnable Items
Due to their unique nature, certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized artworks.
- Artworks damaged after delivery due to improper handling or display.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Me: Email me at [artist’s email] with your order number and reason for the return.
- Approval: I will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the artwork.
- Return Shipping: Safely pack the artwork and send it back to me. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and I recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Damages
If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photographic evidence so I can address the issue.
Exchanges
I typically do not offer exchanges due to the unique nature of each piece. However, if you have a special request, please contact me.
